B’s Brokerage and Support (BBS) is designed to act like your personal assistant so that you can be left to do what you do best, sell the loan to the client. Once you have seen the client you have the choice of submitting the deal to the lender or have BBS do that for you. Once the deal is received by BBS, the loan will be followed closely to settlement and regular updates given to the client and broker. Following settlement the file will be returned to you with a client summary and comprehensive file notes.

BBS also offers an post settlement retention service that will help keep you in the client’s mind.
You have the option to provide your letterhead for correspondence to be sent to clients signed off by <yourcompany>: Tracking department.

The main thing to remember is that the client will always remainYOURS!
